As a Realtor I always utilize the professional service of a Certified Stager. I give the staging consultation as a complimentary gift to all my clients because I believe in the process that much! I encourage my clients to engage the expertise of the stager to encourage a speedy sale and potentially draw a higher offer. Todays real estate market is highly competitive and staging immediately sets my listings apart from others.
I personally have used Certified Stagers prior to putting my own homes on the market as well.
